Inspection
Every yard passes under the trained eye of our inspection team, then is carefully rolled and wrapped — ready to move from dyeing to our warehouse shelves.
Warehouse
Every yard is inspected, rolled, and stored in our climate-controlled warehouse — thousands of colorful rolls ready for shipment. From field to fabric, all under one roof.
From Cotton to You
It begins with a single cotton boll, warmed by the Nile sun. We harvest it, knit it into soft fabric on circular machines, and dye it in vivid, lasting colors inside our jet vats. Every roll is inspected, carefully wrapped, and placed on the shelves of our vast warehouse — then loaded onto jumbo trucks and shipped to you.
